Tips For Handling Anxiety Attack

 

People have always suffered from anxiety or panic attacks and since the virus, I can add myself to that number. Sometimes we can send it packing by turning on the fairy lights, or lava lamp, or watching a favourite safe movie, but sometimes we need more and we need it quickly. These should help. Just Show Up As You Are

 

Just show up as you are. There are people out there just longing to connect with the real you. Not the mask in front, or the impression of being all things. Don't let the fear of failure stop you from doing things. Do them anyway. Dye your hair blue, go barefoot, swim in the sea. This is YOUR adventure 💜
