What Is Stress

Stress is the body's response to a threat. However, not all threats need the flight or fight response, so, we end up with too much adrenaline and cortisol rushing about our bodies not being used and making us unwell.

Counselling can help you discover triggers and new responses to the perceived threat. 💜

This week I shall be looking at men's health. Stress is one of main reasons for long term absences from work and also one of the biggest killers.
